  • How far do you book ahead?

 It depends on the time of year you are booking and the length of stay you require. If you are in any doubt you can give us a ring.

 

  • How does JetQuest grade its homes?

     Because we allow you to select the villa of your choice, JetQuest has to be certain that you'll be happy and satisfied with the property that you stay in every time. We thoroughly clean and inspect the villas after every stay,
    Each of our properties has to be in 'tip-top' condition before we'll rent them to guests. Even then, JetQuest's rental property rates are only a fraction of the cost of staying at one of the coasts top hotels, which are comparable in quality - but can never compare with ease of access, privacy and space.

  • Whats included in the price? 

     

    1. Bedding and pillows 
    2. Air Conditioning (If available in the villa you have selected) 
    3.  Your own Private Pool
    4. Cable or satellite TV 
    5.  DVD Player
    6. Washing Machine 
    7. Garage and/or off road parking 
    8. Linens/towels (Except Beach Towels) 

      Fully equipped kitchen including: 

    9. Stove/cooker/range  

    10. Refrigerator and freezer

    12. Coffee/Tea maker  
    13. Iron and board  
    14. Brush and mop 

     

  • Is a maid service available?

    JetQuest rate their villas/holiday homes as a self catering holiday therefore we dont offer a maid service but however if this service is required we can offer it at an extra cost. Some guests that stay for a longer period (over 10 days) request a mid-term clean, which can be arranged in advance through our office for a standard fee.

     

  • When is payment required?

    Final payment of all rentals, options, and taxes are due 12 weeks prior to the arrival date. The Accidental Damage Waiver is due at the time of your final payment.
    Payment for tickets, golf reservations, vehicle rental, groceries, disabled equipment hire, mobility scooters and baby equipment hire is due at the time of purchase.
